Name that girl "WTF" girl that made the finals.

Every year there is a girl that slides through at the Miss Universe pageant. When her name is called, you know exactly who she is. You know why? Because you are like WTF! These are some of the girls that always baffled me landing in a finals spot. So here are some girls that I have picked out from 2003-2008
Ana Sebastiao Miss Angola 2003- Top 15 at Miss Universe 2003
Her reaction was genuine, which those types are always nice to see. However, she just did not fit in with the rest of the girls that were in the finals.
Gabriela Barros Miss Chile 2004- Top 15 at Miss Universe 2004
Maybe she gave a stellar performance during the prelims. However when it came to finals night she was absolutely awful.
Elena Ralph Miss Israel 2005- Top 10 at Miss Universe 2005
This girl was just a hot mess. Her hair looked dried out and damaged. Her catwalk during the finals was probably one of the worst in Miss Universe. I like to think she was under alcohol consumption that night.
Josephine Alhanko Miss Sweden 2006- Top 20 at Miss Universe 2006

I thought almost all the girls that made the final spots in 2006 were well deserved. I never got a chance to catch the girls in their preliminary actions. I came across this picture of Josephine and she really looks good. I think she is one of those girls that has it all together in the prelims and just becomes a disaster on finals night. The way she wore her hair made her look like she had a mullet. It makes you wonder what went wrong?
2007 was probably one of my favorite years in the Miss Universe as far as the contestants were concerned. I put my heart and soul into following the girls that year and I think I managed 12/15 girls. The other three that made it were close to my bubble list with the exception of Czech Republic.
Vera Krasova Miss Russia 2008- 3rd Runner up at Miss Universe 2008
I could not get past her veneers. I just did not like this girl. She kept going farther and farther in the competition. She is my biggest "WTF" girl. I may be alone with this one, but I stand behind my convictions.

Anyway I love Elena. And I love her catwalk too. So I disagree, Ian.

Miss USA, Chelsea Cooley -- she was drunk during the swimsuit competition, not a toned body, it was just that "USA" sash.

Miss Ethiopia, Dina Fekadu -- a very boring beauty with aboring catwalk.

Miss Ukraine, Lyudmilla Bikmullina -- the least beautiful in the semifinal.
2008
Hungary, Jazmin Dammak -- did she ever notice anyway?
